While many insurance providers offer centralized order departments, TSE's customers are assigned their own account-closing officer. The closing officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the transaction from order placement, through closing, funding and recordation of the documents. This approach enables our staff to know your requirements, which allows us to better serve your needs, thereby eliminating frustration and confusion.

Today, TSE has evolved into a Multi-State Agent providing services throughout 17 states. While we continue to maintain significant Lender Business, our expertise and extensive coverage area has allowed us to set up a division specializing in the Builder Industry. Particular focus has been extended to the condominium market.
